Eclipse windows are moments of expedited evolution. Change happens at a rapid pace as we are drawn into our destiny. We have the choice to let go and go with the flow, or hold on and suffer. This happens on collective and personal levels. Each eclipse interacts differently with each person.

In an Eclipse Session, we look at your own personal natal chart (the cosmic blueprint based on the date/time/location of your birth) as well as the transiting planets (where the eclipse is lighting up different parts of your chart). This gives clear insight into what evolutionary growth you’re being called into, what to let go of, what to claim, etc. 

Eclipse Sessions begin with the astrological patterns that are present for you now. From there, we explore how to support you in aligning more fully with your destiny. Through intuitive guidance and somatic coaching, gain a deeper understanding of where to let go, and where to hold on.

1) I ask you to share your intention/desire for our session together (and birth details for your natal chart). Knowing your intention going in helps us be more effective in our session. Even if you have a nebulous idea of what you want, this is also good.

2) I look at your natal chart and transits before our session to gather cosmic information about 1) where you might be blocking your intention/desire and 2) where your natural gifts are in realizing it.

3) In the session, we call in your spiritual support team to guide us.

4) We go on adventure (through astrology, intuitive guidance, somatic coaching, whatever is needed) to transmute blocks and empower your magic to live the life you want. This journey is tailored to you. 

5) I give follow up practices to support the work we do in session. This could be meditation, tantric practices, yoga, ritual, dreamwork, herbs, etc.
