We’re here to be fully incarnated, to fall in love with body and soul.
Embodied Ecstasy invites the divine light from up there, down and in here. Into all those parts exiles by you, by your family of origin, by our culture, religion, etc.
Embodied Ecstasy anoints it all with honey sweet love. Soothe the separation. Reclaim your rightful states of sacred joy, holy pleasure, beautiful light.
Ecstasy is not a transcendent state. It’s what we find when we breathe and pay attention. Embodied ecstasy is our true and natural state. Everything else is just forgetting.
Within the right alchemical cocoon, we remember the truth. Cell by cell, step by step, our bodies remember the very real ecstasy of being human.

Week One: Sensuality + Security

- Your cave of kundalini: primal creativity, original impulse of life, vital life force energy, sexual energy, sensuality, sweetness of human life, the feminine
- Boundaries, your yes/no, deep intuition
- Alchemizing the shadows of: fear of sexuality/pleasure, repressed creativity/pleasure, numbness, disembodiment, “it’s not safe to be sexual/feel pleasure”, guilt and shame around sexuality + sovereignty
Week Two: Light + Power
- Falling in love with your belly + solar plexus

Week Four: Sex + Spirit

- Connection to pleasure of energetic realms, the divine, devotion
- Increase sensitivity to subtle energy realms, invite full body energy orgasms
- Making love to the divine, devotional sex, consecrating the sexual energy to something bigger
- Feed your entire energy field: microcosmic orbit, toroidal field — kundalini rising up to nourish + energize the entire energy field

The Journey…
Welcome / Orientation
Immediately upon registration, the first two modules of Ecstatic Embodiment will be available to you (Welcome/Orientation + Week One).
This Welcome module includes:
- An Orientation video guide outlining the nuts and bolts of your journey.
- An Ecstatic Embodiment Transmission Video to invoke and align with your journey.
- An Invoking the Sacred Video to guide you through setting up your altar magic.
- A Love + Safety Initiation Audio guide to invoke deep resources of love + soothe the nervous system (this is a powerful resource throughout your journey).
- Journaling practice to reflect on intentions/desires.
Weekly Modules
Each week, a new module will open for you to explore. (Module 1 will be open the moment you register).
Each Weekly Module includes:
- A Transmission Video to initiate + receive the energy of that week.
- A Ritual Guide to invoke the sacred forces that hold you.
- A 20 minute Audio Practice Guide to explore, alchemize, embody, invoke.
- Journaling practice to reflect on your experience and go deeper.
These 20 min Audio Practice Guides are where ecstatic embodiment happens. These practices combine breathwork with self-massage, sounding, tantric exercises, and other somatic practices.
You’re invited to do each practice 5 times per week, or longer if you wish!
With repetition of the same practice, the body and soul recognize a safe and powerful container for alchemy. Stagnant patterns unravel and release. New, embodied states of ecstasy are invoked and sustained through the repetition.

FAQ
How long will I have access to the course material?
Lifetime access. If we ever need to move the course to another platform, you’ll be given the option to download all materials.
Do I need any special tools to participate?
You’ll need:
- a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access the course portal
- an internet connection
- a body-friendly oil like jojoba, coconut, olive, sesame, etc.
- ritual material to be announced
Can I still participate if I've had a mastectomy, hysterectomy, reconstructive surgery, etc?
Absolutely. This work is suuuper powerful for healing and integrating major surgeries. It can also support you in connecting to the energy of these organs if you no longer have them physically in your body. The energy is still alive and very vibrant!
Some modifications in the breast massage module will be given. All the rest of the practices are fully accessible fo any body.
Can I participate if I'm queer?
Absolutely! This course is specifically designed for those who identify as femme and/or female. We will be working directly with the womb, the yoni, the breasts, etc. If you do not have a physical womb, yoni, or breasts, you can still work with the energy of these organs.
How do I access the course material?
Upon enrollment, you’ll be prompted to create an account and login for your access into the course. All course materials will be posted there. You’ll also be able to ask questions and get support. The online portal is also easily accessible through the online app: Kajabi. This allows you more freedom to participate on the go (while traveling or on your lunch break, etc).
