The yoni egg is an ancient Taoist practice. It involves a stone egg (usually jade or obsidian) invited into the vagina. The practice includes physical exercises, sounding, breath work, meditation, visualization, and ritual. It’s a powerful tool for integrating healthy sexuality into your body, soul, and life. Your Pleasure Priestess Yoni Egg journey is held by the four elements/directions. You’re guided through a process of creating this sacred containers with you own, personal connection to the spirit world. This isn’t adopting someone else’s way. Each element/direction will be invited through ritual, then embodied through powerful tantric and yoni egg practices. We weave the sacred/spiritual into the cells of the body through sexuality work. This forges an authentic experience of the sacred in your own body. This is the realm of the Pleasure Priestess.

We’ll also be understanding the yoni egg practice within its larger context/tradition of Taoist Tantric Arts. Often, people pick up a yoni egg practice with absolutely no foundational practices from Taoism. To be held by this broader tradition is to allow your whole body/mind/spirit to be held, nourished, harmonized, and uplifted. As sexual energy awakens, the energy body must be in balance to contain this influx of magic.

Welcome / Orientation

This Welcome/Orientation module includes:

1. An Orientation video guide outlining the nuts and bolts of your journey.
2. An Invoking the Sacred Video + Audio Guide initiating a connection between you and the spirits that will guide you on your journey.
3. An All About Yoni Eggs Video and other resources to get you set up for your yoni egg explorations.
4. Foundational practice 1: Safety + Titration video + audio guide to support your nervous system through deep sexuality work.
5. Foundational practice 2: Breast Massage video + audio guide to open the heart and orgasmic channels.
6. Foundational practice 3: Yoni Breathing video + audio guide to set the essential foundation of our journey together.

Practice Modules

Each Module includes:

1. A Transmission Video to invoke a new element/directional energy and receive the transmission of a new Pleasure Priestess energy current.
2. A Foundational Practice video + audio guide to support your yoni egg practice. These are supplemental tantric practices to give a well-rounded, digestable experience of yoni egg practice. Foundational practices are 5-15 minutes long.
3. A Ritual Audio Guide to invoke the element we’re working with. You’ll work with your altar to invited these powerful forces into your pratice. Ritual audio guides are 5-10 minutes long.
4. Your Yoni Egg Audio Practice Guide to dive deeply into the elemental theme. This is the juiciest part of your journey! Yoni egg practices are about 60 minutes long (this time includes warm up and relaxation ending).
5. BONUS: Four Prerecorded Yoni Egg Classes with Nicole.

The Yoni Egg Practices are where it all happens. You’re invited to do each practice 5 times per week if you have the time/space/desire.

With repetition of the same potent practice, you learn to weave each elemental current through your own body, heart, soul in a way unique to you. This is the Pleasure Priestess training ground.
